As a Front Crew member, you’ll be the face of Bapboi—greeting customers, taking orders, finishing rice bowls, and supporting the team with basic prep and various tasks.

Main Duties:

Managing food container inventory

Greeting customers and taking orders

Managing beverage stock

Maintaining product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards

Work Type & Hours:

Part-time: 20–30 hours per week

Join our kitchen team to prepare ingredients and cook meals. We’re looking for motivated kitchen assistants who can work well in a team.

Grill duties include cooking marinated meats using our house-made sauces. Even without prior cooking experience, this role is easy to learn.

Experience & Skills Required:

Experience in the hospitality industry (not required)

Interest and passion for food and kitchen operations

Ability to motivate and work efficiently with the team

Bapboi spirit: positive mindset, service-oriented, flexible, and highly reliable

Main Duties:

Preparing ingredients in the kitchen

Using modern kitchen tools and equipment

Managing inventory

Maintaining product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards

Work Type & Hours:

Full-time: 38 hours per week

Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
