About the role

Mandurah Custom Kitchens is seeking a talented Interior Designer / Sales Assistant to join our team in our Greenfields showroom. This full-time role will involve providing expert design advice and exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as assisting with the sales of our premium kitchen and home cabinetry solutions.

What you'll be doing

Consulting with clients to understand their design needs and preferences

Preparing detailed design plans and 3D renderings to showcase proposed kitchen and cabinetry solutions

Advising clients on the selection of materials, finishes, and layout options

Supporting the sales process by providing product information and pricing

Collaborating with the project management team to ensure a smooth delivery and installation process

Providing excellent customer service throughout the design and sales journey

What we're looking for

3+ years’ experience in a design and sales role within renovations, interiors, or related industries.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong technical ability in producing joinery and stone documentation.

A fast learner who thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment.

Confident communicator who connects easily with clients and collaborators.

Organised, efficient, and skilled at managing multiple projects at once.

Proven sales ability and relationship-building skills.
