We're seeking a caring and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis. Supporting Ballarat and nearby suburbs, you'll play an important role in providing quality care to our clients. A Day in the Life

• Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound care, catheter care and insertion and medication administering.
• Support Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients to maintain independence and wellbeing
• Work remotely throughout your community.
• Ensure efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks

What You Bring

• A genuine passion for supporting clients to live life to the fullest, especially older adults.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (must-have).
• Minimum 2 years' RN experience, ideally in aged care.
• Evidence of completed clinical hours from previous/current roles.
• Skilled in continence assessments, catheter care, and wound management.
• Strong clinical documentation and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid, unrestricted Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and client management systems.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) and flu vaccination (preferred).

Important Details:

• Proof of hours/years worked as a Registered Nurse will be required to support hourly rates on offer.
