We are seeking a qualified part-time chef for immediate start at Bombora Seafood Restaurant & Cafe, a small venue overlooking Wollongong Harbour. We are open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week, and for dinner on Friday and Saturday.
Applicants please note:
Must have CERT 3 or 4 in commercial cookery
Must be available 7 days a week including Friday & Saturday night*
Hourly pay: Cook Grade 3 or 4 including penalty rates depending on skill level
Minimum of 26 hours to a maximum of 30 hours per week.
More hours available during busy periods, and Spring/Summer season.
*Negotiable weekly working periods of Wed - Sun or Fri - Tue with consecutive rostered days off.
