The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Labourer to join our ground crew full-time. This role will support our skilled trades across all stages of the build process—framing, sheeting, cladding, flooring, fit-off, and finishing. You'll work in our workshop on a range of portable home projects and have the opportunity to learn and grow within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Assist with building and assembly of portable homes

Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment

Perform site clean-up and maintain workshop safety

Support carpenters and other trades on framing, fit-off, cladding

Use power tools and hand tools (with supervision if needed)

Work across multiple builds simultaneously

Follow instructions and maintain consistent output

Requirements

Minimum 1 years’ experience in construction or manufacturing

Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

Strong work ethic and ability to take direction

White Card (mandatory)

Own basic tools and transport

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
