About the role

Flex Recruit is seeking an experienced HV Electrician to join our team on a FIFO roster in WA. As an HV Electrician - HME, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing the heavy mobile mining equipment that is essential to our mining operations. This is a casual position, with excellent rates, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on heavy mobile mining equipment, including excavators, haul trucks, and dozers

Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues on a variety of mining equipment

Repairing and replacing electrical components and systems

Maintaining accurate records of work performed and equipment status

What we're looking for

A valid HV Electrician's licence and extensive experience working on heavy mobile mining equipment

Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with operators and maintenance personnel

Commitment to safety and a track record of safe work practices
