About the Role

360 Personnel is seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our client’s restoration team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organisation, and thrives in a team-focused environment.

The successful candidate will support daily operations by ensuring equipment and materials are available, maintained, and delivered efficiently — playing a key role in helping clients recover from fire, water, or mould damage.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain clean and functional workspaces and workshop areas

Process incoming and outgoing goods, and manage dispatch to job sites

Conduct stock control, including regular stocktakes and restocking consumables

Load and unload delivery vehicles using a forklift (daily use)

Support the management team with daily operational tasks

Identify and order parts and materials as needed

Maintain high standards of WH&S and contribute to a Zero Harm culture

Maintain yard and workshop housekeeping

Assist with inventory of damaged contents when required

What We’re Looking For

Valid Driver’s Licence

Forklift Licence (LF)

White Card (Construction Induction)

Strong organisational skills and a team-first attitude

Reliable and able to work independently when required

Desirable (training can be provided):

Test & Tag ticket

First Aid Certificate
