Lead a high-performing team of Claims Consultants in the Commercial Property space. This is a dynamic leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, provide technical guidance, and drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of experienced Claims Consultants
• Oversee day-to-day operations and act as a technical referral point
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively
• Identify and manage disputes and litigation matters
• Step in to handle claims when required

About You

• Proven experience in Commercial Property Claims, ideally within major loss
• Previous leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Professional, confident, and service-driven
• Passionate about building a long-term career in claims management
