The Opportunity

Our client is a small but highly respected private practice located in Perth's southern suburbs, specialising in supporting children and young adults with neurodivergent profiles. With a strong reputation for personalised, empowering therapy and advocacy-driven care, they’re now looking to expand their team with an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working in paediatrics and youth-focused intervention.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver 1:1 therapy to clients aged 4 to young adult, with presentations such as ASD, ADHD, PDA, GDD, Down Syndrome, trauma, and mental health challenges

Focus on building functional life skills: emotional regulation, sensory processing, motor development, social participation, and daily living

Be part of therapeutic group programs during school holidays, supporting learning and connection in real-world community settings

Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other allied health professionals to support progress across home, school, and social environments

Contribute to NDIS-related documentation and family advocacy

What We're Looking For

AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (or eligible to register)

Experience or strong interest in working with neurodivergent children and youth

Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate in a team-based environment
