The Role

The firm is looking for a Graduate to Junior Accountant to join their Business Services Division. In this role you will work under a senior and manager on;

Preparation of Income Tax Returns & Financial Statements for all types of entities

Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements

Liaising with the ATO on taxation matters

Liaising with clients and other stakeholders

Research – tax and business advisory

Processing work

The Individual will ideally have;

0 - 1 + years previous experience working in an Australian public practice accounting firm

A passion for a long term career in public practice accounting

A good GPA for your University Degree

Commenced, or intention to commence CA/CPA studies

Knowledge of software such as MYOB and Xero

Excellent communication skills; both written & verbally

A team orientated attitude
