Your new role

• Coordinating project Planning, scheduling, and reporting
  
• Supporting budget tracking and financial updates
  
• Maintaining risk registers and contributing to mitigation strategies
  
• Drafting project documentation including briefs, reports, and meeting papers
  
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement and cross-agency collaboration
  
• Ensuring compliance with governance frameworks
  
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in senior project coordination roles within government will be key to your success, along with the following:

• Demonstrated experience in project support and coordination
  
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement practices
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs
  
• Familiarity with government processes and governance frameworks
  
• Experience supporting external service providers and contractors
  
• Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
