Education Assistant (1FTE) – Cycle 2 (6–9 Years)
Commencing Term 1, 2026

Casa Mia Montessori School is seeking a full-time Education Assistant to join our warm and collaborative Cycle 2 (Years 1–3) classroom. We are a small, independent Montessori school in Bassendean, dedicated to providing an authentic Montessori education in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

About the Role

As an Education Assistant in our 6–9 classroom, you will work alongside the classroom teacher to support student learning, uphold Montessori principles, and create a calm, respectful environment where children can thrive.

The successful candidate will have:

Montessori experience and/or qualifications (preferred but not essential)

Certificate III or IV in School-Based Education Support (or higher)

A genuine passion for working with middle primary students (Years 1–3)

The ability to be kind yet firm, with strong skills in maintaining boundaries

Current WWC, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
