About the role
Promote positive mental health outcomes for clients in the primary care setting, including;
Delivery of a collaborative, goal orientated, evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies within a primary care setting for eligible clients.
Identifying agencies and community groups that will assist with facilitation of treatment and recovery.
About You
A genuine caring nature with a passion to help others.
Have excellent communication skills to build meaningful relationships
Have any of the following qualifications suitable for appropriate registration:
o Social Worker
o Psychologist / Provisional Psychologist / Occupational Therapist
o Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum of two years full-time post-graduate experience working within a primary/community mental health setting or equivalent (desirable).
Some out of hours work and intra-state travel may be required.
