We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable / Data Entry Clerk to join our Finance team on a maternity relief contract (part time – 25 hours per week) for an immediate start. Position is based in our Head Office in Prestons.
The Role
Entering and matching supplier invoices in ERP
Reconciling supplier accounts and processing payments
Entry and production of special pricing / finish quotes in quoting program
Amend pricing for quoted job in ERP when quotes have been ordered
Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
Accounts experience
Syteline ERP experience preferred
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills
Good communication and organisational skills
