Adelaide Periodontal and Implant Professionals are looking for a motivated and kind hygienist to join our extremely experienced team who pride themselves on being excellent at their profession.

APIP is a specialist periodontal and implant practice with six periodontists. We have not taken on a new hygienist for many years with our current hygiene team extremely loyal to the practice. As we continue to grow thanks to the support of the South Australian dental community we now look to employing another hygienist up to two days per week (Wednesdays, Fridays) to meet overwhelming demand.

The successful applicant will:

Have significant clinical experience working as a dental hygienist.

Be looking to work one to two days per week (Wednesdays and Fridays).

Be looking for a challenge within dental hygiene. As a specialist practice we see patients who all have significant periodontal and peri-implant disease and require management which is complex and often time consuming. This is an excellent learning experience for the right person who is wanting to improve their skillset and move forward in their career - working with a very strong and supportive team.

Be a people person who builds rapport and has great communication skills.

Be confident and highly competent clinically with an ability to display significant independence.

Be committed to doing the utmost in the care of our patients.

Enjoy the comradery of working in a skilled team.

Be punctual and very well presented.

Have attention to detail with record keeping (D4W).

Our practice is located in large, state-of-the art rooms on Pulteney St, with very high level equipment and instrumentation. Our practice is privately owned.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and skill - however Adelaide Perio is known for looking after our staff extremely well. We owe our good reputation to our loyal staff who have grown the practice.
