Established in 2012, Rustica Sourdough Bakery delivers artisan breads and pastries baked using traditional sourdough techniques.
An excellent opportunity exists for an apprentice baker to join our team at our new manufactory in Footscray with all new, state of the art automated equipment.
To be considered for this position you must be a current 2nd or 3rd year apprentice that can demonstrate the following:
Excellent hand moulding
Able to produce consistent doughs from scratch
Have excellent time management/sole baking skills
Able to work unsupervised
Have a high standard of work ethic, be reliable and punctual
Have a eye for detail and exceptional quality
Relevant qualification (finished or in process)
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
Possess effective communication skills
