We’re on the lookout for a motivated team member to join our Kyabram Workshop full-time. Whether you’re a qualified Signwriter, a 3rd Year Apprentice, or a practical labourer with trade skills ready to learn, this role is hands-on, varied, and full of opportunity.

Some days you’ll be assembling signage, using the plotter, router, or letter bender in the workshop. Other days you’ll be on-site helping with installs, surveys, and removals. You may also travel or work a night shift when the project calls for it. No two days are the same, and that’s just how we like it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating and installing signage for a broad range of clients, including vinyl, channel letters, illuminated signs, vehicles and retail signage (to name a few)

Loading and transporting signage, tools, and materials to site

Preparing sites for installation, including removal of existing signage

Performing maintenance and repairs to signs as needed

Operating tools and equipment safely and effectively

Assisting with site surveys

Adhering to all safety requirements

Working collaboratively in a team

What We’re Looking For

Experience in the signage industry or a trade background (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

White Card & Driver’s Licence

Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and work at heights

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Experience (or willingness to learn) using a boom or scissor lift

Excellent attention to detail

Reliable, motivated, and ready to roll your sleeves up
