We are seeking motivated and reliable Skilled Labourers/Toppies to join our civil construction team across North Harbour, East Burpengary, and Griffin. Reporting to the Site Supervisor or Leading Hand, you will support civil pipe laying crews and operators with a variety of site duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general labouring duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Assist tradespeople and operators with setup, cleanup, and basic construction tasks.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organisation.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly.
• Support project delivery by performing other duties as required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous labouring experience with pipe crews on subdivision project is preferred but not essential.
• Physically fit, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of storm water, drainage, water mains, and safe site practices.
• Survey instrument skills (Topcon GPS rover, grade checking) advantageous.

Licences & Tickets (desirable):

• White Card (essential).
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Additional tickets (Loader/Roller/Compactor, EWP, confined spaces, quick cut) highly regarded.
