We’re now seeking an inspiring Therapeutic Services Manager to lead our multidisciplinary allied health and learning & development teams.

About the role

As Therapeutic Services Manager, you will:

Provide strong, supportive leadership to an inter-disciplinary team of allied health practitioners and facilitators.

Identify opportunities for growth across our Early Intervention and Learning & Development teams and turn them into action.

Drive accountability and performance, supporting practitioners to meet and exceed benchmarks.

Nurture team culture — creating a workplace where people feel valued, connected, and excited to come to work each day.

Oversee clinical quality, ensuring services are safe, trauma-informed, and evidence-based.

Bring your knowledge of the NDIS, private practice operations, and early childhood intervention to strengthen our systems and service delivery.

About you

We’re looking for a leader who:

Has experience leading clinical or allied health teams, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire.

Understands the NDIS and private practice environment, including compliance and quality frameworks.

Thrives on building a strong, supportive team culture.

Brings excellent organisational and problem-solving skills — you can see the big picture and know how to make it happen.

Has strong communication skills and can collaborate across disciplines and with external stakeholders.
