The successful candidate will be working across a number of industries in relation to litigious matters, as well as non-litigious matters requiring court approval. As a guide this team is has industry expertise in the following areas:

• mining and resources;
• intellectual property and technology;
• property;
• native title; and
• education.

Working closely with an experienced team, you will regularly work on corporate contractual disputes, intellectual property and consumer protection disputes, defamation matters and prosecution work.

We are keen to brief candidates with 2 to 4 years PAE from large national law firms or other top tier teams.
