Our client located in Reservoir is looking for a production welder (MIG/TIG - aluminium and mild steel) to join the business in their large factory which provides the best in design and manufactured products.

Main duties:

Collaborate with managers to design and fabricate custom metal projects

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine the requirements of a project

Use a variety of tools and machinery

Fabricate and assemble components within required tolerances

Oversee projects from start to finish

Maintain a safe and organised work environment

To be considered for these roles you must possess the following attributes:-

Minimum 3 years experience

Minimum 3 years of MIG/TIG welding experience is required for this position

High level skill in MIG and TIG welding - aluminum, stainless steel and mild steel

Recent experience in a production / manufacturing environment

The ability to interpret technical drawings and to read and understand welding symbols.

Proven ability to produce work to a high standard

A strong commitment to safety & all WHS policies

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents
