Our client is a market leader in the manufacturing and engineering sector, specialising in innovative equipment and machinery for the meat processing and packaging industry. With a strong global presence and reputation for excellence, they deliver high-quality solutions across Australia, the Middle East, and Asia.

They are now seeking a highly capable Management Accountant to join their Northgate office. As part of a close-knit finance team, you’ll play a key role in shaping business decisions through accurate reporting and analysis, while working closely with teams in KSA, Melbourne, and China. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to international operations and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full month-end process including P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis
• Prepare and lodge BAS, FBT, and payroll tax
• Review and process journals to meet compliance standards
• Manage AR/AP, invoicing, and debtor follow-ups
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and annual audits
• Maintain the company’s fixed asset register
• Partner with stakeholders to monitor performance and drive improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Accounting with 3–5 years commercial experience
• Fluency in Mandarin and proven international team experience
• Background in construction projects and ERP systems (advantageous)
• Strong Excel, reporting, and analysis skills
• Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work across time zones when required
