Total Plant Hire is searching for Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our small but fast paced team to service our fleet of equipment within Western Australia (WA).

This workshop-based role available in Pinjarra where you will be required to carry out planned servicing repairs and maintenance to our growing fleet and client base, along with diagnostic fault finding on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and air systems.

Option to work, Monday to Friday or 10/4 Roster. You decide!

To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate:

Australian recognised trade qualification specific to the role.

Valid Drivers License

Eligible to work in Australia

A minimum of 2-3 years post trade with experience in Isuzu, HINO and Caterpillar vehicles and equipment.

Experience with mine specification fit-outs.

A strong commitment to safety and site-specific procedures.

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

A high level of attention to detail.

The ability to work independently or within a small team environment.

Desirable, though not essential:

Mine site experience.

Current ‘HR’ Class WA Drivers Licence.

Forklift Licence.

EWP.

Confined Space.

Working at Heights.
