Clearly - and no doubt as you would expect - safety is the absolute core of everything we do, as such to be successful you will need to show (through actual examples of past performance) how you have led teams to safely operate. Additionally, you will be able to clearly demonstrate how you have developed and progressed both your own safety maturity and that of the teams you have led or been part of.

Your Supervisory competence will mean you've been exposed to FIFO mining supervisory or team leadership roles in the past and you will need the requisite technical knowledge demonstrated by possession of a Cert IV in Drilling Operations and completed Schedule 26.

It goes without saying you must have the right to work in Australia and preferably you will be WA based as all roles are FIFO from Perth on either an even time or 2:1 roster, depending on your preference.
