We're looking for someone special to join our Front of House team at Wharf St. Distillery — a place where community, hospitality and exceptional spirits come together.

Whether it's running food & drinks, sharing the story behind our award-winning gins, or jumping in to help a teammate in the weeds — you bring energy, care and teamwork to everything you do.

Who we're looking for:

You're someone who…

Has a genuine love for people and makes guests feel welcome the moment they walk through the door

Brings a positive, team-first attitude — no job too big or small

Understands that hospitality is a shared effort, not just a section on the floor

Can communicate clearly and calmly under pressure

Takes pride in presentation, punctuality, and professionalism

Learns fast, listens well, and takes feedback with maturity

Knows how to keep things fun, even when it's busy

Holds a current RSA certification (required)

Has valid Australian work rights (required)

Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Experience in bar or restaurant service is great — but it's your attitude that matters most. We can train skills. We can't teach hustle, heart, or the ability to lift your team on a tough night.

Greeting and seating guests with warmth and efficiency

Taking orders, running food and drinks, and keeping service smooth

Learning our gins, cocktails and story — and sharing it with passion

Helping out across both levels of the venue as needed

Supporting your teammates with whatever needs doing

Keeping service areas clean, stocked and guest-ready
