Essential Requirements:

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate

Right to work in Australia

Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (but not essential):

Cash handling and POS system experience

Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and bar operations

Previous fine dining or waterfront venue experience

Reliable transport
