About the Role

As an OSHC Educator, you will:

• Assist in planning and delivering diverse and stimulating programs tailored to children’s interests and needs
• Ensure active supervision at all times, providing a safe and inclusive environment
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community
• Help establish positive daily routines, boundaries, and behavior guidance

• Enthusiastic, caring, and proactive team players
• Willing to learn and grow in a supportive environment
• Passionate about working with children and making a difference

Essential Requirements:

✔ A valid NSW Working with Children Check
✔ First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (HTAID004) – or willingness to obtain
✔ Qualifications in Child Education & Care (highly regarded)
