GUEST SERVICES AGENT - SOUTHERN OCEAN LODGE - KANGAROO ISLAND

Southern Ocean Lodge has an exciting opportunity for a Guest Services Agent to join our Southern Ocean Lodge family on Kangaroo Island.

Driven by a commitment to provide a real ‘sense of place’ for guests, this role will see you working to deliver an unsurpassed guest experience.

The Southern Ocean team is close-knit, attracting hospitality professionals from around the world and creating a remote family for guests and staff alike. Renowned for their relaxed and friendly first-name service, our people offer the magic that keep our friends returning for more.

This role will see you:

Meeting and greeting our discerning guests

Processing arrivals and departures

maintaining room accounts

Assisting with guest enquiries

Working on various administration tasks and generally being a pivotal point of contact for all guests.

Making Restaurant and Spa bookings

Scheduling the operations daily movements

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a similar role

Impeccable presentation and phone manner

Outstanding guest relations and communication skills

Flair for organisation with an eye for detail

Ability to work under pressure and without supervision

Excellent word, Excel and Publisher skills

Full current South Australian Drivers License (or the ability to transfer from another state)

First aid credentials
