Landscape Labourer

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscape Labourers to join our Country team. Working outdoors, you will support a wide range of landscaping, gardening, and conservation projects, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes for clients and community.
This role is physically active and requires a willingness to work as part of a team across varied tasks including landscaping, conservation, bushfire hazard mitigation, and gardening.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out landscaping and gardening maintenance (mowing, planting, mulching, pruning, hedging).
Support conservation and land management activities, including bush regeneration.
Assist with arboriculture works and Bushfire Hazard Mitigation (APZ establishment and maintenance).
Operate tools, equipment, and small plant safely and effectively.
Maintain a high standard of safety, cultural respect, and teamwork.
About You
Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in varied conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Safety-conscious and respectful of cultural values.
Essential (or willingness to obtain):
Certificate III in a relevant field (e.g. Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, Landscape Construction, Conservation & Ecosystem Management).
White Card.
Working With Children Check.
Provide First Aid (HLTAID011).
Current Driver’s Licence.
Desirable:
Own transport.
Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
