Our client, a stylish, reputable Chartered Accounting Firm is currently seeking an ethical, loyal and trustworthy Intermediate Accountant to join their team based in Darling Harbour.

Your duties & responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

Data processing, journal entries & other general book keeping

Reconciliations

Preparing ATO / OSR lodgements / compliance

Quotes, invoicing, use of excel spreadsheets

Assisting with tax registrations (GST, PAYG etc.)

Business Services: Help preparing (Tax Returns - Individuals, companies, Financial Statements, SMSF) etc.

Liasing with external stakeholders & clients

Assisting Senior Accountants

To be successful you will have the following attributes:

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally have have had experience in Tax Returns

Previous experience in Bookkeeping

Must have experience with Business Services Experience

Intermediate - Advanced in using XERO, MYOB and Excel

Have a related qualification in accounting

Fluent in English - writing and speaking

Attributes:

Must be a team player

Must be trustworthy, honest and proactive with the ability to think on their feet
