We are seeking a Proficient or Specialist level Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in the Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Sunshine Coast region.

Your Role and Impact

Conduct In-Depth Assessments: Analyse behaviours of concern to uncover underlying needs, ensuring a person-centred approach.

Develop Tailored Strategies: Create evidence-based behaviour support plans that promote independence and positive change.

Lead and Educate: Provide training and guidance to support networks, fostering consistent and effective plan implementation.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and refine strategies to optimise outcomes.

What You Bring

Professional Expertise: Registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, including a valid Practitioner ID, is essential. You must meet Proficient or Specialist level requirements under the NDIS PBS Capability Framework.
