About the role

We are seeking an experienced cleaner to join our team at Port Pirie's newest accommodation business in town. This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a 'Guest Service L2' cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our accommodation facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas and other designated spaces according to our high standards

Restock and replenish all necessary supplies in guest rooms and common areas

Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisory team

Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying and folding of linens and towels

Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests

Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns

What we're looking for

Prior experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Strong organisational and time management skills to work efficiently and meet deadlines

Friendly, customer-focused attitude and ability to provide exceptional service

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Physical fitness and stamina to perform the duties of the role
