About the Role:

CPH Mining & Civil are looking for a skilled HR Watercart Operator to join our team at BMA’s Goonyella Mine. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our civil works running safely and smoothly – from earthworks and road construction through to dust suppression and compaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating a watercart to manage dust, maintain safe road conditions, and assist with soil compaction.

Supporting crews across drainage, pad, and road construction projects.

Carrying out pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues.

Ensuring safe and compliant operation at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

HR licence and proven experience operating watercarts on mine or civil sites.

Current QLD Coal Board Medical.

RII Statement of Attainments (relevant watercart/haulage units).

Standard 11 / BMA Core Induction.

A strong focus on safety and teamwork.
