As an Intermediate Accountant within the Business Advisory team, you will be exposed to excellent training and provided with all the tools to develop into an all-round Business Advisor. You will also be exposed to some of the firm's largest clients and advisory work from day one.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation of financial statements, taxation returns, company trusts, individual and self-managed super funds

Attend industry events, client meetings and conferences

Exposure to a variety of tax matters including GST, CGT, FBT and Div7a.

Preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statementss

Excellent research skills and accurately interprets taxation and other relevant legislation rulings.

Management and administration of matters relating to client list.

Supporting Business Advisory team to provide excellence in client service.

Effective communication with Partners, Managers, and peers

Mentoring and managing graduates and junior accountants.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

3+ years’ experience in a similar practice (in Australia)

Working towards or completed CA/CPA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail

Strong commercial acumen

Efficient time management skills, highly dependable and thrives as part of a team.
