Yarra Finance is seeking an experienced Credit / Customer Service professional to join our dynamic and growing team.

This is not an entry-level role – applicants must already have hands-on experience in one of the following:

A broker support role within an asset finance brokerage

Finance/admin support at a truck or car dealership

Experience in an asset finance department at a bank or funder

💼 The Role:
You’ll play a key part in supporting our finance operations and client services team. Starting casual with the opportunity to transition into full-time, this role offers long-term career growth, bonuses, and progression into more senior responsibilities.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

General office admin and support

Scheduling service calls and client follow-ups

Answering phones and calling existing clients to check on their needs

Assisting with finance applications and documentation

Preparing loan documents and assisting with settlements

✅ What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in one of the above environments (broker, dealership, bank/funder)

A clear, confident phone manner and good written communication

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

A can-do attitude and proactive approach

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary: $55,000 – $71,000 + Super
