We are seeking an experienced & self motivated grounds person to join our team. Working mostly on the Gold Coast we specialise in tree removals, tree maintenance, palm cleaning etc

The French Lumberjack & Co are specialists in all aspects of Arboriculture, using varied machinery & vehicles. You will have safe practices on the ground & rope knowledge.

The main position will be driving the truck and chipper to & from the job site, maintenance & cleaning of the machines, working on the ground during the job with rigging and cleanup of trees being felled.

6:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Some days are different to others and you will finish earlier but there is minimum 38/40 hours each week.

We also provide opportunities for staff to continue extra training to be the best you can be.

Skills and experience

Experience working within tree maintenance

Chainsaw ticket

Machinery Operation

Current Australian Drivers License

General Construction Safety Induction (White Card)

Current HR truck license
