We’re seeking a skilled Cement Renderer to join our team on a major water infrastructure extension project in Mardi. This is a great opportunity for those with residential or commercial rendering experience looking to break into civil construction. While a civil background is highly regarded, we also welcome candidates from residential and commercial sectors who are keen to transition into infrastructure work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and repair concrete surfaces for rendering.
• Apply cementitious render to tank walls and floors using hand or spray tools.
• Install waterproofing membranes and protective coatings.
• Conduct quality checks and fix defects.
• Operate and maintain rendering equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and complete Silica Awareness training.

Skills and Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Rendering experience – Essential.
• Experience in water infrastructure or civil projects – Highly regarded but not essential.
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems and potable water standards – Highly regarded but not essential.
• Silica Awareness training (or willingness to complete prior to site entry).
• Physically fit with strong attention to detail.
