Arcobar is a multi-award winning Restaurant, Live Music Venue, Bar & Cafe located in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and has a great opportunity for experienced Shift & Duty Managers, along with various Food & Beverage roles to join our team.

What Arcobar Needs:

Great staff with exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

Great staff with excellent customer service skills - along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.

Great staff who contribute to the positive first impression of our guests

Great staff who have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including evenings & weekends

What Arcobar Is Asking That You Have:

Two or more years of experience.

Excellent presentation, hygiene and grooming standards.

Great attention to detail.

Hold a current RSA, and have great Bar & Barista skills, including Cocktail experience.

What The Roles Are At Arcobar:

Arcobar understands the importance of work-life balance, and can offer an array of employment and roster options, including Casual, Full-Time or Part-Time roles, across a flexible 7-day roster, however the majority of hours available are for Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Arcobar is open 7 days a week, for breakfast, lunch & dinner, with live music Friday & Saturday nights.
