We are a well-established, family operated investment property firm managing a diverse property portfolio inconjuction with real estate agents together with other financial investments in the banking industry locally and abroad.
About the ROLE
We are looking for a enthusiastic & well motivated individual, who would be Reporting directly to the management of the business, this contract role will include the following tasks:
Assist with real estates and third party inquiries
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
First point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
Play a key role in supporting the Directors
Manage workflow and regular tenant contact and correspondence
Maintain office environment, including arranging consultants and contractors
Process rental income and reconcile with bank deposits.
Enthusiastically take responsibility for your role and tasks within the organisation
Process Invoice, payments and receipts (via Xero, etc)
Position Required for 18-20 Hours per week.
Skills and experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in the real estate industry, as well as previous dealings with some bookeeping skills.
Competency with accounting software, particularly , Xero and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong interpersonal skills, whom is self motivated and able to work independently after being trained.
Proven ability in a professional environment to have attention to detail and to pass on information with clarity and accuracy, including clear, professional and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
Natural time management skills and ability to problem-solve.
Being able to work independently and alone at times.
