Keep production moving in a modern food manufacturing site
We’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join a well-established food manufacturing facility in Capalaba. This is a permanent role on a rotating roster, working two weeks of days followed by two weeks of nights, with a focus on keeping equipment reliable and production running smoothly.

Who you will be working with
You’ll be part of a busy maintenance team at a site known for its modern facilities, strong safety standards, and quality-driven approach. The team works collaboratively to deliver consistent performance across shifts while supporting ongoing improvements.

Duties and responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on a range of machinery
• Support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Record work accurately using MEX (CMMS)
• Maintain effective communication across shifts for smooth handover
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards
• Assist with contractors and project support when required

We are looking for someone with

• Electrical trade qualification and current QLD electrical licence
• 2+ years’ qualified industrial maintenance experience (food/FMCG preferred)
• Strong skills in fault finding, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• High attention to detail with a focus on safety
• Experience using CMMS systems such as MEX
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
