💰 Your Career Path in Drilling

• Driller Offsider (Year 1): $100K + Super
• Trainee Driller (Year 2): $120K + Super
• Driller Level 1 (Year 3): $160K + Super
• Driller Level 2 (Year 4): $180K + Super
• Driller Level 3 (Year 5): $200K + Super

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing as a Driller Offsider:

• Assisting drillers with rig maintenance
• Loading & unloading drill rods
• Measuring & cleaning core samples
• General site & rig upkeep

✔️ What We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit with labouring or TA experience
• Minimum : Manual C class licence (willing to upgrade to HR)
• HR Driver's Licence preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
• Clean police record (mine site access)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical + drug & alcohol screen
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Willing to work hard away from home (but enjoy a third of the year off)
