About the role:

We are partnering with a highly regarded investment and development group to appoint a Head of Property. This pivotal leadership role will oversee the end-to-end property function, from acquisition through to management, while driving performance across a diverse portfolio. It’s an opportunity for a proven property leader to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver long-term value.

Duties:

• Lead the full property lifecycle including acquisitions, due diligence, development, management, and divestment.
• Oversee asset performance through leasing, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Build and lead a collaborative property team, fostering growth and accountability.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships across investors, tenants, consultants, and external partners.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and deliver innovative strategies to maximise portfolio performance.

The skills and experience required for this role:

• Extensive experience across all aspects of property, including acquisitions, asset management, development, and disposals.
• Proven leadership experience managing property teams and driving performance.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver results in a competitive market.
