The Role:

This role will initially be a casual position, with a view to become a permanent team member after successfully completing your probationary period. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

Reception Duties: Warmly welcoming and assisting patients.

Dental Assisting: Supporting our clinicians during procedures.

Treatment Coordinating: Guiding patients through their orthodontic journey.

Requirements:

Experience in reception, sales, or dental assisting is preferred.

Availability to work between 7:30am-5:15pm, initially Monday to Thursday, with the possibility of Fridays in the future. This is a set roster, rotating weekly between a 7:30am and 8am start. Please note that availability to work this roster is essential to this position.

We’re looking for someone who is focused on building their career with us, and not currently pursuing other areas of study, as our goal is to invest in your training and support your long-term growth within the team.
