Full time, permanent role with daytime hours - weekend hours required, but no split shifts.

Responsibilities include:

Managing up to 10 staff including rostering, ordering of stock and customer/event bookings.

General front of house organisation and waitstaff duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Excellent attention to detail required.

High level communication skills with staff, management and customers required.
