Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-term client relationships

Assist clients in selecting and designing diamonds, engagement rings, and bespoke fine jewellery pieces

Manage the full sales process from initial consultation through to after-sales care

Maintain the highest standards of presentation across the boutique and showroom

Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional events that showcase our brand

Collaborate closely with our in-house jewellers and workshop team to bring custom creations to life

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in jewellery sales (essential)

Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience

Passionate about diamonds, fine jewellery, and custom design

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Professional, confident, and immaculately presented

A motivated team player with the drive to grow within a leading brand
