Job Description:

You’re a confident communicator who thrives on helping others and solving problems quickly. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where every interaction matters. You think broadly, connect the dots, and always put the customer first.

What You Will Be Doing:

Make outbound calls on behalf of real estate agents to nurture their database, qualify leads, and send them through.

Send SMS messages to customers on behalf of our clients.

Update CRM systems with accurate, timely data.

Spot opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Promote additional services like free training and supplier support to enhance customer value.

Represent Cotality with enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction.

Job Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring:

Confidence in guiding customers through complex processes in simple, clear ways.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

A collaborative mindset - you thrive in a team and contribute positively to culture.

Comfort working independently and navigating ambiguity with sound judgment.

Adaptability to learn new systems quickly and multitask effectively.

A drive to champion customer outcomes and challenge the status quo when needed.

A desire to deliver fantastic customer experiences- we’ll train you on the rest.

Experience in customer service, call centres, retail, hospitality, or real estate is a plus, but not essential.
