Are you calm under pressure, a natural communicator, and someone who can relate to people from all walks of life? Do you have the emotional intelligence to manage competing priorities and handle conflict with empathy and professionalism? If so, this could be the opportunity that sets your career apart.
We’re seeking a Vendor Liaison Officer to work exclusively alongside our Director and leading sales agent, Adam McMahon. Adam is one of the Illawarra’s most respected and consistently high-performing agents — known for his results-driven approach, attention to detail, and uncompromising standards of excellence. This is your chance to step into a role where you’ll learn directly from the best while playing an integral part in helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions.
About Us
At Dignam, we pride ourselves on being Real People and Unreal Agents. With over 30 years of market leadership in the Illawarra, we’ve built a reputation for genuine service, strong relationships, and exceptional results. Our team is supportive, motivated, and driven by doing great work for our clients — always with care, integrity, and professionalism.
About the Role
As Adam’s right hand, you’ll be the trusted support ensuring every vendor feels informed, reassured, and cared for throughout the entire sales journey. From the initial listing presentation through to settlement, you’ll help deliver a seamless experience, balancing empathy with professionalism at every step.
This is a unique and high performing role — no two days are the same, and you’ll be exposed to high-level strategy, negotiations, and client relationship management while supporting one of the region’s top-performing agents.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting connections with clients, understanding their unique needs.
Professional Support: Act as a calm and reliable point of contact for vendors, ensuring they feel informed and confident throughout the process.
Conflict Resolution: Handle challenges with empathy, diplomacy, and professionalism.
Campaign Coordination: Assist Adam in managing marketing campaigns, timelines, and client communications.
Client Experience: Ensure each vendor feels valued and supported, creating a smooth and positive journey from start to finish.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
Are confident, personable, and emotionally intelligent.
Have a background in sales and/or people-facing roles where resilience was essential.
Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and organised.
Excel in building rapport with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
Hold yourself to a high professional standard and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
What You’ll Gain
Exclusive mentorship and day-to-day learning from Adam McMahon, one of the Illawarra’s top-performing Directors.
Exposure to high-level sales strategy, client management, and industry best practice.
A structured pathway to grow and advance in real estate.
Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
