We're Hiring: Part-Time Administration - Immediate start.
Location: Westside Timbers, Toowoomba, QLD
Hours: 3–4 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Wage: Negotiable based on experience and skillset
Are you an experienced admin professional looking for a flexible role? We're on the hunt for someone who's confident, capable, and ready to take ownership of key business functions.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Manage: bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
Payroll: Process payroll for a team of 16 staff with accuracy and confidentiality
Accounts: Handle both accounts receivable and payable with precision
Workplace Health & Safety: Oversee and maintain our WHS program
General Admin: Support day-to-day operations
We're Looking For:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar admin or business support role
Strong working knowledge of Xero and experience with payroll systems
Excellent attention to detail and time management
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
Familiarity with WHS compliance (or willingness to learn)
Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
Work Schedule:
3 to 4 days per week
Monday to Friday (flexible hours available)
Remuneration:
Wage is negotiable depending on your experience and the value you bring to the role
