THE AGENT.
Consistently ranked as a top performer by Ratemyagent in their core area, this busy Director needs an experienced Co-Agent / Buyer Manager. They have an abundance of listings, however, they can't manage the amount of buyers / buyer enquiries that come along with it.
This Director is known for their unmatched listing skills and deep local relationships. They’ve built a reputation for delivering results with a no-fuss & black-and-white approach. CORE focus areas range from Sutherland Shire to St George Fringe.

This is a pure buyer-side role, no pressure to list, minimal cold prospecting. It’s all about building trust, guiding buyers, and taking the load off this busy Director.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Buyer call backs and warm engagement
• Just sold calls and Just listed to HOT buyers
• CRM database management and lead tracking (VAULT)
• Managing buyer enquiries and relationships
• Coordinating inspections – private, open homes, pest/building
• Supporting the Lead Agent’s buyer pipeline

THE PERSON.
Sick of cold calling all day. Ready to learn to negotiate?
We are looking for an experienced sales associate who does want to prospect all day (yes there will be calls, majority warm – some cold) but its not the primary focus on the role. The applicant must have some real estate experience, as it’s a Senior Sales Associate or a Sales Agent who doesn’t want the pressure of a DR/CR or Comm Only role.

THE ESSENTIALS. Real Estate Class 2 License, Driver's License and ability to work on a Saturday.
