Centre Manager – Exciting Retail & Dining Destinations

Full-time | Permanent | $130,000–$150,000 + super

Are you an experienced retail property professional ready to take ownership of vibrant retail and dining destinations? This is an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager to lead the operations, leasing and stakeholder relationships of two landmark assets, including a brand-new retail precinct set to become a go-to destination.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the full management of high-profile retail and dining centres. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee:

Leasing negotiations, market reviews and tenancy options

Tenant relationship management (current and prospective)

Arrears collection, rent reviews and outgoings

Facility and asset management requirements

Fitout approval and coordination

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage the centres with a true owner’s perspective, ensuring long-term success, tenant satisfaction and commercial performance.

About You

You will be a confident and commercially astute professional who thrives on building strong tenant partnerships and delivering results. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

7+ years’ retail management experience, ideally with strong exposure to Food & Beverage tenants

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Proven experience in arrears management and lease administration

Strong eye for detail and ability to juggle operational and strategic priorities

A valid driver’s licence
